Berlin Techno Narrative

Berlin Techno Narrative is both a cultural book and a self-guided urban route through the city’s historic techno locations.

Built from an original walking circuit, the book allows readers to explore former clubs, industrial buildings, underground spaces and parade routes that shaped Berlin’s electronic music culture.

Each chapter follows a precise itinerary, combining historical context, spatial references and on-site research, transforming the city itself into an open-air archive of techno memory.

This book can be read as a cultural narrative as well as a practical way to physically explore Berlin’s techno heritage.
