Psychokinesis: A Beginner’s Guide to Exploring Mind Over Matter Through Psi Training

This book offers an introduction to the practice of psychokinesis. It provides a structured approach for individuals interested in exploring the connection between mind and matter.
The content begins with foundational mental and energetic principles. You will be guided through methods to clarify your intent and concentrate your attention. The text details practices such as achieving mental stillness through meditation and using visualization as a tool. A central part of this section is dedicated to perceiving, gathering, and projecting mental energy, which are presented as core components to train psychokinesis.
The guide then transitions into introductory psychokinetic practice. It presents fundamental parapsychology exercises, including working with a psi-wheel and attempting to influence lightweight substances. You will find information on psi development methods, such as the importance of keeping a progress log and approaches for managing setbacks. The book also covers initial micro-pk experiments, like influencing random number generators or dice outcomes.
For those looking to advance their skills, the book outlines techniques for refining psychokinetic abilities. This includes working with objects of varying weight and complexity. A significant portion is devoted to establishing a psychokinetic training routine, integrating telekinetic meditation, and structuring practice sessions. The telekinesis practice guide provides steps for preparing your mental and physical space and for analyzing your own progress.
Finally, the text explores the concept of mind-over-matter techniques. It discusses overcoming internal limitations and the role of one’s emotional state. The book addresses advanced energy work skills and considers the ethical aspects associated with the application of these abilities.
